Crumb Crust for Tofu Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 cups (450g) graham cracker crumbs, chop graham crackers in a
blender or food processor
2 Tbsp (28g) sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil (30mL) or melted margarine (28g)
Directions
Mix graham crackers, sugar, and oil or margarine until ingredients are
uniformly blended. Pat into a 9-inch (23cm) pie shell, using a wooden spoon, a knife, or your
hands. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool before adding cheesecake filling.
