Searching
For Products 
Simply type in the name, description or product number
of the product that you are searching for into the search box
located on the left side of the page. Then, click "Go". You will then
see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of
the links to see more details about that item and/or place the
item in your cart. To bring up a wider range of results, try limiting
your search to one word.
Recommend to a Friend 
You can recommend any of our products to your friends simply by clicking on
image on the bottom of every page. After you clicked on that image - you'll see a small convenient window where you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

- From our home page, you will be able to Browse through
the product categories. Or, search for a product by product name, product
number or description by entering your search terms in the search

- Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes
available, and their price.
- To view a more detailed description of the product and
its ingredients, simply click on the "tell me more" link
located next to the item.
- Once you have decided which product you would like to
purchase, click on the Buy button next to that product.
This will deliver that product to your Shopping Basket where you
can select the quantity to purchase. if you change the quantity
you wish to order, please remember to click the Update button.
You can also remove a product by clicking on the "X" in the bin column.
We have now made it easier, faster and more convenient
for you to order with us.
Method 1- My Favourites
Do you have a favourite
item that you order again and again? With the
'My Favorite Products' feature,
you can store your favourite items in a category created just for
you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items
you want to put in your shopping basket. To save items in your “My Favorite Products”, click on any “Add to My Favorites” link located
next to each item. Once you click the link, that item will be placed in your favourites list.
To see your list of favourite items click on the "My Favorite Products" link located
on the top left navigation bar. From here, you can remove items from your favourites list by clicking
on the red "x" located to the right of each item. You will also be able to add any of these items
to your shopping basket with ease. To choose items to add to your shopping basket, simply click the empty box
located to the left of each item. Once you have chosen all of the items you
wish to put in your basket, click the "Add selected products to my shopping
basket" button. Once you click this button, you will see your shopping basket.
Here, you can change quantities for the items you wish to purchase.
Using this method will result in a quick,
hassle-free, and safe way to place your future orders.
At this point you can:
- Continue Shopping
to add more items to your shopping basket.
- Update Shopping Cart
to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
- Begin Check Out to complete your order.
- Once you are ready to complete your order, you will
need to provide your billing and shipping information. if you
choose to select a login and password, simply select this checkout
method after you have filled out the billing and shipping information.
The next time you come to our site your billing and shipping
information will automatically appear. HOWEVER, your credit
card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered.
This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. Your final
screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
- After entering your billing and shipping information,
click the “continue checkout” button. This will take you to
the “order review” page where you can review all of your billing
and shipping information and modify any of it if necessary.
- Once you have verified your personal information and shipping
options, you will need to enter your credit card information.
Once you have entered your payment information, click the “continue checkout” button.
Clicking this button will complete your order.
- Your final screen will give you a printable receipt
of your order.
- Once you have completed your order, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by
a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the
final cost charged to your card.

if you wish to edit or change your order
after it has been placed, simply send us an email
explaining what you wish to change. if your order has already
been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your

processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however,
you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit.

remember, your list will only be available from the computer you

To add an item to your list- Simply click on any
“Add to My Favourites” link located next to each item.
To remove an item(s)–
Simply click the "x" located to the right of each item you wish to remove.
To add an item to your shopping basket – Simply click the box
to the left of each item and a √ mark will appear. Now click
the ‘Add Selected Items To My Shopping Basket’ button. You should now see the item(s) you checked
in your shopping basket where you will be able to update quantities.
Create
An Account 
Users who create a personal account with
us, will be able to store all there billing information with us,
thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account
simply select "Register" at the top right of
the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You
will also be able to register during your check-out process.
Forgot
Username or Password 
if you forgot your username or password,
simply go to the register screen
and choose "forgot my password". You will then be able to enter
your email address and we will mail you your username and password.
if you receive an email in which the password field is blank,
this means you never registered with us.
Edit
Account Information 
if you wish to edit your account information,
simply click the "register" button located at
the top right side of the page. Enter your email address and password
